Order Cancellation Policy
The client can ask for the cancellation of the order prior to the completion of the stage that includes preparing, customizing, delivering, and planning the installation of the items. If the order is already completed and the processing has started, the requests for its cancellation would be examined on an individual basis and might require the agreement of our management.
If you ordered the customized LVT flooring, special design options, made-to-order items, or other materials specifically ordered for your project, such orders cannot be canceled after we have started working on the product or its delivery. Because these materials will be prepared exclusively for you, they cannot be returned or resold.
Refund Eligibility
However, under certain conditions, refunds are approved and can include:
- Order cancellation that has not yet undergone any processing or shipping.
- Unavailability of the product/material chosen.
- Shipping damaged wrong or defective goods.
- Incomplete provision of agreed services due to unforeseen situations on our end.
The refund will be considered according to the type of order, its state and degree of completion, and the specifics of the problem presented by the customer. Refunds are usually issued in the form used in the original purchase of the item.
Customized orders, completed installation jobs, clearance sales, and special order materials that were modified post-shipping will normally be exempt from refunds.
Inspection and Resolution Procedure
In the event that our client encounters any problems related to the products or installations that were delivered or completed by us, they should contact our organization as quickly as possible following delivery or project completion.
Once a complaint has been received from our clients, an investigation will be conducted to ascertain the best way forward. Our company can choose to conduct a fix, a replacement, a refund, or some other form of remedy that would solve the problem at hand.
Processing Time for Refund
Upon acceptance of your refund application, the refund process will begin instantly.
